We assess potential investments based on the required resources, potential ROI, strength of the management team, current market opportunity, as well as a number of other factors.

Where applicable it is helpful to include the below items for the following categories:
Private Business, Early Stage, Startup, or Seed Funding:
- An executive summary
- Performa
- Business plan
- Current audited or reviewed financials
- Resume(s)
- Any other information that you believe to be important for the evaluation process
Commercial or Residential Investment Real Estate:
- Type of investment (speculative, value add, distressed, cash flow, etc.)
- Property description (including: type of building, age, current management, special situations, etc.)
- Location/Market characteristics
- Current operating statements and previous 3 year history
- General lease terms
- Current zoning
- Applicable brokerage fees (Sergi Enterprises will protect all brokerage relationships)
