When the situation dictates, Sergi Enterprises may provide its properties or companies with an array of business services. These services range from early stage business incubation, to involvement in current asset operation and management. This is done ONLY for properties or companies that Sergi Enterprises owns- this is not provided to anyone outside of our investments.
By providing important resources to our smaller businesses, our ‘incubator’ ensures that even early stage companies have access to the resources they need to succeed. Without our ‘incubator’, these resources would not otherwise be available to a company of that size. With this approach, an early stage business is able to compete with much larger and more established competition on a very aggressive yet economical basis.
In addition, Sergi Enterprises will often take an active role in daily management by assisting with sales, operations, product or business positioning, as well as by providing overall leadership to the business or asset.
