WHO WE ARE
We had our beginnings in early stage, value add and distressed real estate transactions. Since then, we’ve expanded into various industries including but not limited to interests in development, biotechnology, ecommerce, automatic merchandising, insurance and real estate arbitrage. By bridging the gap between angel investors and traditional venture capital firms, we are unique in that we are entirely self-directed and self-funded.
Keeping completely autonomous, we are not a fund, and there are no external shareholders or limited partners to appease. Sergi Enterprises does not look to outside ‘investors’ to fund its investments, projects, or operations but rather analyzes and funds each potential investment internally on a case-by-case basis.
With an appetite for seed, early stage and startup investments, as well as value based or distressed business acquisitions and real estate projects, we consider opportunities from a wide range of industries and geographic regions. As always, we are happy to hear about a potential opportunity.
